Services Offered
-
Our 60-90 minute evaluation visits allow us extended time to get to know you, ask about your current and past mental and physical health concerns, and work with you to start the process to establish goals, consider treatment options, and find hope for a future that is brighter, richer, and more anchored in your values and dreams.
-
Visits may include:
Medication management (including alternative options, doses, side effects, and risks/benefits)
Evidence-based supplements (again, a discussion of side effects, risks/benefits, and interactions will help you decide if these should be a part of your treatment plan)
Therapeutic support (such as non-medication interventions, brief therapy modalities, CBT for insomnia, education and resources)
A Combination! We recognize that a combination of strategies produces the best outcomes
-
We strongly believe that the best outcomes in mental health treatment exist when there is strong collaboration between and for YOU and your support system (i.e. individual therapist, family, mental and physical health providers). Completing a Release of Information for the people who are already in your corner is always your choice, AND it can significantly improve care and treatment results.

We treat ages 10+
While we treat people across the lifespan, we recognize that there are complexities to addressing the mental health needs of young people. We are deliberate, experienced, and passionate about providing the best care with consideration of developmental stage, physical and social environment, and family structure.
We help with…
-
Sleeping too much, sleeping too little, nightmares, trouble falling asleep, frequent awakenings, or feeling like your quality of sleep is poor can cause and be caused by mental health concerns. We can help you tease apart why your sleep is disrupted and make a treatment plan to help you get back to feeling like yourself, at night and during the day.
-
Stress and worry are a typical part of the human experience, and they can be helpful to motivate us and keep us moving toward our goals. However, worry that is constant, out-of-proportion to stressors, overwhelming, and bleeds into everything we do keeps us from living our lives and functioning normally. Similarly, when stress or trauma prevents us from sleeping, being able to relax, trusting people, engaging in the world and feeling like ourselves, mental health support can be pivotal.
-
Feeling increasingly irritable or isolating ourselves can be signs of many different mental health concerns and it can separate us from the people and places in our lives that usually bring us joy and comfort. Getting to the bottom of these symptoms and treating them appropriately can be transformational to getting us back to feeling like ourselves.
-
If you are struggling with what used to seem easier like your ability to do your work, your ability to feel connection and satisfaction in your relationships, your ability to complete your daily routines, or taking care of yourself, these are signs it is time to seek support.
-
Whether we notice it in ourselves or those close to us begin to worry, not behaving like ourselves can be an indication that we need help. Whether it shows up as isolating, change in routines, change in appetite, lack of motivation, change in temperament or self-deprecation, further evaluation is needed to determine how best to get us back on track.

Maybe you have previously struggled with your mental health, or you just aren’t sure what is going on but you know you need help. Please reach out to see how we can support your path toward mental wellness.
